Shipping: We ship every day except Sunday and holidays. Once payment is received, items usually ship within one to two business days. Since we sell on various sites, on very rare occasions we may be out of stock of certain items. Battery Life: Please keep in mind that batteries are consumable items and we have no way to predict future battery longevity. Therefore, we cannot guarantee battery life. All watches are checked for a working battery when purchased, when listed, and before shipment. We strongly recommend that once your watch needs its battery replaced, that you have it done by a professional jeweler. This is especially important to preserve the water resistance feature of your watch.

Watch Adjustments: We will not remove links or adjust bands on any of our watches prior to shipment. Once you receive your watch, we strongly recommend using a professional jeweler to make adjustments to your watch so it fits you comfortably. Disclosure: All of our watches are thoroughly inspected before listing and any imperfections, however slight, WILL BE noted in the listing. Usually any small scuffs or scratches are the result of the manufacturer storing the watch with other watches. Most of the time, these imperfections are only barely noticeable, typically only during close inspection and usually with magnification.

Return Policy On Watches: Since all of our watches are personally and thoroughly inspected before listing AND re-inspected prior to shipping, you can be assured they are in good working order.
