Listing FormatsWhen buying or selling on Wagglepop, you will
encounter three basic listing formats, but five different formats total
including optional features or circumstances.
Listing Formats represent a strategy for both buyers and sellers,
regarding the best way to buy or sell any particular item. The different
Listing Formats are listed below, with examples and explanations.
The Basic Listing Formats
- Online Auction

Online Auction
Online Auctions are listings that have an opening bid price, and
are open to conventional, competitive bidding. At the end of an
Online Auction listing, the high bid amount wins the item for the
high bidder. In some cases, the seller may set an optional Reserve
Price, which is a pre-determined minimum they are willing to
accept for the item. If the Reserve Price is not met, there can be
no winning bidder.
Online
Auctions can run for 3 days, 7 days or 10 days at the normal
insertion rates, and have general search exposure.

Online Auction with Buy It Now
Online Auctions are also listings that have an opening bid price,
and are open to conventional, competitive bidding. At the end of
an Online Auction listing, the high bid amount wins the item for
the high bidder. However, the seller may add an optional Buy It
Now Price, which is a price they are willing to accept to end the
auction immediately. Unless a Reserve Price has been attached,
once a bid is placed on the item the Buy It Now Price will
disappear and be unavailable for that item.
Online
Auctions with Buy It Now run for 3 days, 7 days or 10 days at the
normal insertion rates, and have general search exposure.
