There are two basic ways to find an item that you are looking for:

Browsing: By browsing for a particular item, you may find many other related items available of interest. You can browse the listings on Wagglepop by clicking on any area that contains the main site categories, typically from the home page or by clicking the Browse navigation link at the top of any page.

Searching: The most direct way to find an item on Wagglepop is to use the Search function. Simply type your target keyword or keyword phrase into any main site search box and you will get a list of search results matching your query. For more precise searches, click the Advanced Search link next to the search box:

When searching by keyword, remember that Wagglepop uses a "fuzzy" logic for entered queries. For example, a search for "candle" will also yield "candles", "candlemaking", "candle holder" etc .....

One of the most important aspects of any item you are considering is knowing as much as you can about the person selling it. Check the seller's Feedback Score and Transaction History carefully.  Many times, all the questions you have about a seller's trustworthiness online will be answered by investigating here. Read what other buyers and sellers have said about this seller's integrity, products and service.

If you are not sure, based on the information presented, contact the seller and ask questions. Many times, the response a seller gives to your questions tells you everything you need to know before bidding or buying.

Many Wagglepop Store sellers offer discounts for Red Carpet Customers. If you come to know your seller, and buy items from that seller in the future, you may qualify for automatic discounts as a Red Carpet Customer of that seller.

Wagglepop does everything possible to make sure we have a constituency of honest, dedicated, trustworthy sellers. However, if someone attempts to transact without that base of responsibility, the one most prominent characteristic of a possible problem is a price that is substantially below market value.

Study other similar items in the marketplace, or use general pricing structures and guides to know the difference between a "good deal" and one that's "too good to be true ..... and is!"

Once you find an item to consider, carefully read all of the details presented in the item description. Check the condition. Check the history of the item, if known. Carefully study the pictures presented, if any. Above all, if something is unclear, ask questions prior to bidding or buying.

Understand the terms of sale, including the shipping method, shipping costs, and payment types accepted. Check the seller's other items. Many sellers offer combined shipping discounts. It's a great way to save money and time!

Once you have decided on an item that you would like to have, you can go ahead and bid or buy!

Bidding: Items featuring conventional, competitive bidding require you to enter a bid amount in the appropriate box. Wagglepop supports a system of bidding called Proxy Bidding and will bid on your behalf up to the maximum amount you enter. Your proxy bid is kept secret from other users.

Buy It Now: Some Online Auction format listings feature a Buy It Now option. By clicking the Buy It Now button, you are committing to purchasing the item immediately at the price specified.

OneBid Instant Purchase: OneBid Instant Purchase items end immediately with just one bid ..... yours!

Bid or Buy

Listings featuring Buy It Now and listings using the OneBid Instant Purchase format both qualify for Red Carpet Customer Discounts, should you qualify. In order to see if you qualify on any particular item, you must be signed in while viewing individual listings.

A great way to save both time and money is to buy more from a particular seller. Many sellers offer combined shipping discounts for multiple purchases shipped as one order, and if you buy additional items from a paticipating Wagglepop Store seller, those purchases go towards that seller's threshold for inclusion into their Red Carpet Customer list. Red Carpet Customers benefit from inclusion on this list with future automatic discounts when buying more from that seller!

Wagglepop Store sellers also can offer a special Buy More Now feature upon checkout, a quick and easy way to add similar items or accessory items to your purchase, which will likely qualify for a combined shipping discount and ship together.

Save time and money! Be sure to check if your seller offers additional items using Buy More Now before requesting an invoice. 

Once your item arrives, inspect it carefully and make sure that it fits the item description, and in the condition specified in the listing. If all is well, please leave that seller positive feedback. Your seller will appreciate it, and other buyers will too.

If the item that has arrived is not to your satisfaction, contact the seller immediately. Mistakes happen, and many sellers have a Return Policy that guarantees your satisfaction. If there is no set Return Policy, engage your seller in a discussion on how to best resolve the matter. Negative feedback is the absolute last resort, and most times can be avoided completely with direct open dialogue.

For problems that cannot be resolved, you can file an Item Not as Described report with Wagglepop.

Nothing will grow Wagglepop bigger and stronger than good old fashioned word of mouth. And as Wagglepop grows, more and more of the items and products you want will be listed and available. Sellers will sell more. Buyers will get more.
