Wagglepop is a 100% trust-based community, which rewards honest and committed buyers and sellers with a more trusting, freedom based environment.

People can come to Wagglepop to buy and sell items in thousands of different categories, featuring thousands of different items including sports memorabilia, antiques, postcards, clothing, electronics, books and just about anything else!

Although Wagglepop is primarily a U.S. based marketplace, buyers and sellers from Canada and the U.K. are welcome to do exactly that: buy and sell.

There are many different buying and selling options on Wagglepop, including Online Auction format, Online Auctions with the Buy It Now option, and OneBid Instant Purchase items which allow buyers to win and purchase an item using this format with just one bid!

Additionally, Wagglepop features the Red Carpet Customer Program and Buy More Now, both major tools in Wagglepop Stores featuring the BusinessBuilder suite of advanced selling tools. These components will help buyers save time and money, and help sellers reward and retain customers while selling more.

Representation

As a place to buy and sell, nothing could be more important than to ensure that Wagglepop is a marketplace that is in touch with the needs and wants of its members, and that those needs and wants are represented in a meaningful manner.

Although we try to always understand and react to the needs of the overall community, we also feel it is important that there be an explicit method for the community to have a voice in the ways in which Wagglepop behaves, grows and evolves.

To that end, we will soon be introducing the "We The People" Program, which will provide a system by which representative members are chosen, and whose thoughts, ideas and feedback will help change Wagglepop in the most effective ways possible.

Wagglepop is a community that believes in four fundamental principles:

	Trust Simply stated, without trust there could never be a single transaction on Wagglepop. Trust between buyer and seller. Trust between membership and Wagglepop. We believe that all people deserve to be trusted on merit, and that that extension of trust will be rewarded.
	Fairness Buying and selling by its very nature is competitive, and without fairness, there cannot be genuine competition. We believe that a lower, fair fee structure promotes lower, better prices for buyers, more profit for the sellers doing the work, and that it attracts more of the general online marketplace.
	Integrity Integrity in an online marketplace can best be defined as good intentions backed by action. If you promise something, keep that promise. If you sell something, deliver it as described and in timely fashion. If you buy something, pay for it within the timeframe and via one of the payment methods specified by the seller. We believe that buyers and sellers understand the meaning of integrity, and will exhibit it in all regards when using Wagglepop.
	Personal Responsibility It has been said that the price we pay for freedom is not free, it is the exhibit of personal responsibility. You are indeed at liberty to buy and sell on Wagglepop (within the confines of the User Agreement) - to set your own terms and prices when selling, to pay your seller's invoice only after you've received it and actively authorized its payment, and to engage other community members in both commerce and conversation. In exchange, your personal responsibility is to be courteous, to be respectful, to be polite, and to generally behave in the ways that we all know to be decent and proper, even when disagreeing or in the event of a misunderstanding. We believe that people have the proper sense of, and will display, their personal responsibility without question when using Wagglepop.
